Are appointments virtual or in-person?

Both in-person and telehealth appointments are available. In-person appointment are in my office in Fremont, Seattle. Telehealth appointments are done via Zoom, a HIPAA-compliant teleconferencing platform. 

Do you take insurance?

I am not contracted with any insurance companies. This means my services are considered "out-of-network." I provide a superbill (itemized receipt) for each appointment that you can submit to your insurance company. Many insurance companies provide some reimbursement for "out-of-network" services. Please call your insurance company to ask about your coverage and reimbursement policy.

What are your fees?

Fees vary based on type and length of the appointment. If you're interested in receiving services, please fill out the contact form (click here). I will contact you to discuss fees.

Accepted payment options include cash, credit or debit due at the time of the appointment. You may use a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for treatment.
